if it's the same as the Japan demo, you play the real game off of your XMB but when you hit high scores you unlock stuff for Home. One of the things you can unlock was an old school arcade unit allowing you to play the games when your in Home.

If this is the same one Japan has, you can unlock clothes and a full arcade units for your HOME space.
there's some hype for Killzone where it's more giving credit where it's due AS A GAME...
then there's the other hype, the hype that most people can't grasp until the advertisers tell them they could, from what I've seen Killzone doesn't have this kind of hype.
I think there are a lot of "journalist"/media that keep hearing about Killzone but thier confused on why it's generating "hype". It's this kind of media that needs to see the Mountain Due ad...
I wasn't much of a fan for Dead Rising either, the one game save with a timer and the load times between each section of the mall were a bit of a turn off. But on the other hand zombies will always be fun to kill!
the best thing about owning a PS3 is that you get to own both of them!

the video wasn't really singling out Sony, it was more of a little in site on how a major electronic company is struggling with the economy.

CNN is headline news, they need the titles to attract viewers much the same way blogs on N4G need "over the top" headlines to get hits themselves.
I like CNN it helps me with my ADD but in the end it carry's the same entertainment as Hells Kitchen.

the good thing about Blu-ray disks is that thier a lot more scratch resistant that your standard DVD's. I feel less worried when looking at used PS3 games!
2nd time checking it out, I appreciate how you guys tend to stay more "civil" on the topics brought up. One thing I ask? can you add an album title to it? I downloaded it onto the PS3 but it tends to mixed in with the "unknown" folder.

if Microsoft wants a true multimedia system they should add a fast forward/rewind for the music player.
I don't think it'll sell systems like Halo did, if you remember it was the Mountain Due, and Burger King Halo burger's that helped boost the sales. It's the North American way to have our everyday wants,needs and fear spoon fed to us by advertising.

all together Sony has a really good library, they don't need just one "over the top" hyped game to make thier name stand out.
To be honest I don't even think Killzone is hyped that much, on this site it is but that's because it takes articles from every gaming blog around. Outside of this site it's receiving praise because of the developer's hard work and as a gaming community we should give credit where it's due no?
